HTC: Presentation of the Own Smartwatch on Early June Moved

We had at the beginning of the year still assumed that HTC will release its own Smartwatch probably towards the end of April, still no new details to the wearable are known. Now, Evan Blass however announced that the presentation was supposedly moved to early June.

While Apple, Samsung, LG, Huawei and co. have already their own Smartwatches in the market and with these go on touting, focused HTC currently to hunt its lost market share in the Smartphone market, behind with the HTC 10. But soon we will get to see an own wearable probably also from Taiwan, whose presentation according to Evan Blass now on early June has been fixed.

HTC Smartwatch with Android wear?

Although so far little details for the HTC product code named “Halfbreak” are known, one assumes now that HTC will present an own Smartwatch us during the week of June 6. They should have, inter alia, a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels, and operating system based on Google’s Android Wear . Buyers would thus be able to access a variety of apps and the communication with an Androidor iOS Smartphone would be possible.

Because the predictions to the date of presentation of the first HTC Smartwatch never corresponded to the truth, it is exciting, whether Evan Blass this time finally properly will be. It is clear that the market entry with each elapsed day is more difficult.
